Up to 1 hour per month (inclusive) technical help and support for Zen Cart
owners.

Plan Includes:



  • Dedicated off server daily backups

  • Full site and settings restore from backups in disaster situations

  • All Zen Cart emergency repairs

  • Installation of addon module(s) into your Zen Cart installation

  • Tweaking or modifying your website layout or page elements

  • Detailed SEO help and advice

  • In depth instruction (by either telephone and/or email) about how to use
    and manage tools and functions in Zen Cart.

  • Unused time is carried forward

    Up to 3 hours of unused time is carried forward and is added to the current
    period, so you could have up to 4 hours of paid time available for work on
    your website available.


Work carried out that extends beyond available hours is billed @ £20 per hour..
We will advise if this is likely to happen prior to commencing any work.
